We are so confident about the condition of our guitars, that we offer a money-back guarantee for all sales where the buyer cannot fully inspect and try out the instrument before purchasing.

When you receive your guitar, if it is not as described, or you are otherwise not satisfied, ship the guitar back to us (properly packed and fully insured against loss or damage) at your own expense within 48 hours of receipt. Provided it arrives within 10 calendar days completely undamaged or altered in any way (based on our sole judgement) we will happily refund the full price paid, excluding shipping or other costs.

Payment and Shipping
To keep costs (and headaches) down, we only accept Pay Pal, or money orders, but will try to keep expanding payment options.

Regular Shipping Option-We will pack and ship by Express Post or as otherwise requested by buyer. Buyer pays actual cost of shipping and insurance. Note: Express Post only insures against loss, not against damage, and buyers choosing this regular shipping option assume all risk of shipping damage.

Security Shipping Option-At the buyer's request we will ship professionally packed and fully insured against loss or damage. Many of our ‘elderly instruments’ have survived for decades without gouges or even serious dings, and deserve some pampering. We prefer UPS. Typically, shippers here won't insure against damage unless they must pack it, with the result that shipping costs within Canada and the U.S. can be pricey. Buyer pays actual cost of shipping and insurance.
